These terms are between you and [LEGAL ENTITY], [ADDRESS] ("Noonsight", "we"). By using Noonsight you agree to them.

The service

Noonsight reads your app's Google Analytics data, with the read-only access you grant, and public App Store and Google Play pages, and sends you reports on how your app is doing. Reports describe where and when changes happened; they are information to help your decisions, not professional advice, and we don't guarantee that every change will be found.

Free trial

The first 30 days are free and need no payment card. Before the trial ends we show you the plan options; to keep using Noonsight after the trial you choose a plan.

Your responsibilities

Only connect apps and Google Analytics properties you are allowed to share with us. Keep your sign-in details to yourself.

Your data

Your data stays yours. How we handle it is described in our Privacy page.

Ending

You can stop at any time by removing our access in Google Analytics and telling us. We may end the service for an account that breaks these terms, with notice where possible.

Liability

Noonsight is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made on the basis of the reports, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
