Noonsight is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY], [ADDRESS] ("we"). This page explains what data we handle when you use getnoonsight.com and the Noonsight service, and why.

What we collect from you

• Your contact details: the email address, app name and store link you give us, so we can send your reports and reply to you.
• Your account and settings: which apps you connected, your email preferences, and the feedback you give on reports.
• Abuse protection: when the request form is sent, we keep a one-way hash of the network address it came from, for at most one day, to limit automated spam. The address itself is not stored.

What we read about your app

• Google Analytics: with the read-only Viewer access you grant, we read daily totals for your app (for example people using the app per day, by platform, country, source or app version). We never request edit access and we never read or store data about individual users.
• Public store pages: ratings, reviews and update dates from the App Store and Google Play, as anyone can see them.

How we use it

Only to produce your reports and dashboard, to improve how accurately the service spots real changes, and to contact you about your account. We don't sell your data and we don't use it for advertising.

Who processes it for us

• Google Cloud (hosting, storage and the daily analysis).
• Resend (sending emails).

How long we keep it

We keep your app's history while you use Noonsight. If you remove our access in Google Analytics, we stop reading new data and keep your history so you can reconnect later. To have your account and your app's history deleted, write to us and we will delete it within 30 days.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies or tracking scripts.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Write to brief@getnoonsight.com.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date above and tell active customers by email.
